Funding Overview

The Cows vs Aliens Community Treasury will be initially funded by 50% of the proceeds from the Alien Cow minting. Additionally, there will be a 2% royalty from secondary sales across the NFT collections and a 1% royalty on all physical games and merchandise.

Governance Structure

One NFT provides the holder with one vote in the community governance.  Holding 10+ NFTs, holding both Earth and Alien Cows, or holding NFTs longterm provides the holder with further voting power and benefits.

Fortis Labs will authorize proposals and retain veto rights to insure proposals do not violate the Terms of Service or spirit of the project.
